To get a perfect fit, the engineering of the elastic needs to be perfect. We can adapt the elastic’s physical properties to the specific garment you are making (heavy-duty outerwear or very thin underwear, for example).
Width Range: From 10mm up to 200mm and more, depending on your design requirements.
Our adjustable stretch ratio feature allows you to select your preferred elongation percentage (e.g. 100% up to 150%) and corresponding modulus (tension strength) to guarantee maximum comfort while maintaining grip.
Branding & Visual Design
The Waistband can be another marketing tool, reproducing your logo or prints with precise detail. We have machinery that can reproduce your logo or print on waistbands.

Jacquard Weaving: Logos or text are woven into the fabric. It is a very high-end permanent solution. The letters or logo are woven into the actual fabric of the product creating a unique textured finish.

Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes. We use Pantone Matching System (PMS) for colored fabric dyeing. Please provide us with the Pantone color codes or even better send us some samples of the fabric that has been already colored in the required color and our dye lab will then create a few lab dips and send them to you for approval prior to the commencement of the large production.

No. Our flat elastic fabrics are made using high-density weaving. This allows for a strong fabric that will not roll, curl or twist and will remain flat whilst wearing as a garment.

Yes, quality and safety are our top priorities. Our materials are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning they are free from harmful substances and perfectly safe for direct, prolonged skin contact (such as in underwear and sportswear). We also offer Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified eco-friendly options.

How well do your elastic bands withstand frequent washing?
We strive to design the most durable line of products available for the highest quality and wear of your merchandise. All items are put through rigorous tests to check for colorfastness, shrinkage and elongation recovery. Your merchandise will hold it’s original shape, and retain maximum tension and the brilliant color after multiple commercial washings and dryings as well as home machine washings and dryings.
